The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, birth date, your health self-assessment, tobacco or nicotine use, coverage amount and term preference. These details go to the carriers' quoting service to generate rates and are not kept by this site. Seeing quotes requires no name, address, phone or email. Duplicate requests use brief caching to avoid redundant quote calls.

Applying

When you decide to apply, your responses populate a secure application managed by the carriers' platform under its distinct privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed firm (License 0B75129), oversees all applications.

The contact form

The contact form gathers your name, email, optional phone number, your preferred reply method, message topic and content. Messages are sent to the insurance agency by email, with your email serving as the reply destination. This website archives no copy of submissions, maintains no submission database and logs no message text. A temporary fraud-prevention check operates in your browser before you send.

Measurement

We track page visits using first-party analytics served from our own domain, with no cookies or trackers set. Your IP address has two bytes obscured before storage; referrer details are stripped; raw data expires after 90 days. Browsers signaling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

We don't sell visitor data, employ tracking ads or run third-party analytics. The sole external code is the carriers' application service, and it loads only if you navigate to the application page.
